Mission

The Public Records & Civil Rights Project, Inc. is dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, civil rights awareness, and informed public engagement through public records research, educational reporting, data analysis, and public information accessibility initiatives.

The organization works to help the public better understand governmental and institutional processes by collecting, analyzing, organizing, and publishing records and information of public interest. Through research, education, and documentation, the organization seeks to improve public access to information, encourage institutional transparency, and support public understanding of how policies, procedures, and governmental actions impact individuals, families, and civil rights.
